An insurance administrative assistant provides support to insurance brokers and underwriters by processing new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
Insurance administrative assistant duties and tasks include but not limited to:
- Draft and prepare insurance quotations (domestic, commercial, and strata)
- Liaise with brokers, insurers, and underwriters through email and phone calls
- File all correspondence for compliance
