  • Distribute communications such as phone calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve issues

A customer service representative/support specialist plays a vital role in delivering your organization’s services as they are the first point of contact for your customers requiring assistance.

A customer service representative/support specialist’s duties and tasks include but not limited to:
  • Handle inquiries and respond to customers via phone or email
  • Resolve customer complaints and providing solutions or endorsing the issue to higher levels of support when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
