An administrative assistant handles the daily, transactional tasks of the business—most of which are time-consuming tasks such as answering calls, organizing, and filing documents, and other general administrative work.
Administrative assistant duties and tasks include but not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Mange support inboxes and customer queries
- Distribute communications such as phone calls and emails
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Additional duties shall be assigned as per the requirements of the employing organization
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
A customer service representative/support specialist plays a vital role in delivering your organization’s services as they are the first point of contact for your customers requiring assistance.
A customer service representative/support specialist’s duties and tasks include but not limited to:
- Handle inquiries and respond to customers via phone or email
- Resolve customer complaints and providing solutions or endorsing the issue to higher levels of support when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
