Job Summary
The Property Sales and Marketing Admin is responsible for preparing and managing property sales contracts, maintaining Salesforce CRM records, and providing administrative support across the sales, marketing, and property development lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in property development, contract administration, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Prepare and administer residential and commercial property sale contracts.
✓ Manage contract documentation from reservation through to settlement.
✓ Maintain accurate client, contract, and project records within Salesforce.
✓ Coordinate with solicitors, conveyancers, finance providers, and purchasers.
✓ Support the sales and marketing team with contract administration and reporting.
✓ Monitor contract milestones and ensure compliance with company procedures.
✓ Liaise with internal development, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transactions.
✓ Prepare reports and maintain accurate sales and settlement records.
✓ Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes.
Qualifications
✓ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property sales administration, contract administration, or a similar administrative role supporting Australian clients.
✓ Proven experience using Salesforce CRM.
✓ Experience preparing and administering property sales contracts and related documentation.
✓ Strong understanding of the property sales process; experience with Australian property development or off-the-plan sales is highly desirable.
✓ Knowledge of Victorian property contracts and conveyancing procedures is an advantage but not essential.
✓ Experience providing administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams.
✓ Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
✓ Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
✓ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
✓ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an Australian-based team.
✓ Experience supporting Australian clients remotely within a BPO or outsourcing environment is highly desirable.
