What is Premier Outsourcing?

Premier Outsourcing is an outsourcing facility which allows you to have access to qualified, English-speaking staff in the Philippines working 100% dedicated to your business here in our office.
We recruit, house and manage the staff on your behalf.

What time zone do you operate?

We operate 24/7. Your employees will be working your set business hours. We can arrange for any hours of the day or night/p>

Will my virtual assistant be working for multiple clients at the same time?

With a few exceptions on some of our services, once selected, your team member will be 100% dedicated to your business and will work directly with you. They are effectively an extension of your local team just located remotely.

How do public holidays work with my staff?

Your offshore staff follows the public holiday calendar of your office. However, if you would like them to work on Philippines holidays a surcharge will incur.

What is my staff member resigns?

If you are using our full service solution, in the event, your team member does resign we will take full responsibility to recruit a fresh staff member at no additional cost.

What if one of my staff are under performing?

Although we do not expect this to happen, should you have any issues with a staff member please contact us and we will discuss how to resolve your issues best.

Do you offer the staff incentivies?

Although these are essentially your staff. We try to make the workplace as fun as possible and offer, food, drinks, events, competitions, bonuses, and incentives to staff members. We also encourage you to provide extra bonuses as well. They love when they feel appreciated!

How can I communicate with my virtual assistant/s?

Your welcome to contact your office staff as much as you desire. In fact the more you are speaking with them the better. We recommended platforms such as email, telephone, Skype, Slack, Team Viewer, Zoom and Appear.in.

How long does it take to find a suitable applicant?

Our recruitment process is usually 7-14days.
However, it can sometimes be longer, depending on the experience level that you require.
We believe it’s better to get the right person for the job the first time then rush someone into a position that may not be suited.

What will I need to organise to get started?

You can get started quickly with Premier Outsourcing however we believe that being prepared can save a lot of the hassles later and ensure an efficient and streamlined process. We ask that you create a list of tasks that you are looking to have your agent complete. Create training videos and audio and have a phone system organised. If you would like to call our office, we can give all the advice you need for you to begin.

How long is your contact?

All contracts are based on your needs but billed for a month’s service at a time. Should you wish to have a one month, three months or an ongoing contract, we are more than happy to talk about your options. 30 days’ notice will be required to end a contract.

How secure will my data be?

We have a secure network, and all computers are set up with firewall protection. The staff are not allowed to bring in their own USB devices or computers.

Will my customers know they are from the Philippines?

Your customers, clients, and prospects should not be able to tell that agents they are talking with are in the Philippines. Our phone lines are of excellent quality, and we make use of a VoIP phone system in which we can match any area code making it look like the calls are from a local provider.

Are your staff paid a fair wage?

It is ultimately you that will agree on your staff’s wage. We can guide you as to what we beleive the market rates. We believe that your better to pay your employee above the market rate to ensure high staff retention. Working in Premier Outsourcing is seen to be somewhat of a privilege.

What is the best way to train my staff?

The best methods we have found to train staff are utilising videos, screen sharing, and audio recordings. We do role playing and mock calls. We are happy to teach you how to get the most from your employee most effectively.

How does sick leave work with my staff?

Your offshore staff is entitled to 6 paid sick-leave days to adhere with the Philippines Labour Law.

Do you have security for the staff?

The building in which our office is located is on the 2nd floor of Azzurro hotel. There are security guards on site 24 hours each day seven days a week, a front office reception area, and video surveillance.

What is your hiring and recruitment procedures?

Our HR team follows strict hiring procedures to ensure we attract and hire the best possible staff. All resumes are thoroughly reviewed, and prior work and references are checked over. We look for candidates that have experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry preferably candidates who have previously been team leaders. The candidates then complete a phone interview and if successful they will join our office for skills testing. The applicants who have reached this stage will then complete our in-house interview before being put forward for clients who have the choice of who they are interested in hiring.

Am I able to visit my staff?

We welcome you to our office at any time; you can stay for as long as you want. Alternatively, if your team member agrees you may like to fly them to you, we are sure they would love this opportunity!

Can I speak with an applicant before hiring them?

Yes, of course, this is in fact highly recommended. With our recruitment process, we source high-quality staff. We then give each candidate the opportunity to have a one on one interview with you so that you can find the best suit for your business.
Alternatively, we are more than happy to handle the full hiring process for on your behalf.

Do you have a minimum or maximum amount of staff I can hire?

Your welcome to start with one employee or one hundred + team members. At Premier Outsourcing we have set up our business to allow you to scale as slowly or as quickly as required depending on your requirements.

Is there a language barrier in communication?

English is an official language of the Philippines. The language skills of our staff are excellent. All employees speak fluent English, and some can speak multiple languages. All agents are chosen carefully to ensure you have no problems with communication.

Will training be provided?

At Premier Outsourcing, we don’t want to source you a person and not make this work for you. We will help all staff members as much as necessary to ensure a smooth operation. Although it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to train their employees, we are happy to share our tools and training systems to ensure this is as easy as possible.

Can I offer incentives to my staff?

Absolutely! And this is recommended. A happy staff member is an excellent staff member! All bonuses we recieve will go to the staff in full. Please note that we need to take into consideration the Philippines Labour code and Tax laws.

I heard power could be a problem in the Philippines, what are your backup systems?

Our building is located within the Azzurro Hotel in Angeles City Philippines. As it’s a hotel, they are unable to go without power and have sufficient generators to supply the entire hotel in the event of a blackout. Additionally, each workstation and servers are protected by uninterrupted power systems (UPS) that give us 30 minutes of additional power which is ample time to bridge any power loss until the generators are up and running.
